Everything you need to use the ARI Community Pages branding correctly—logos, colors, assets, and usage guidelines.

Collective Mark Usage Guideline
-
The Collective Mark is intended to identify organisations and entities that are authorised users of the Anker Research Institute’s living wage and living income data under license. It signifies compliance with ARI’s terms of data use and contribution to responsible wage practices in global supply chains.
-
The Collective Mark may only be used by:
Licensees who have entered into a valid and current Data Licensing Agreement with ARI.
Organisations within the licensee’s direct supply chain, provided they are using the data solely in accordance with the permitted purpose and are named as authorised users in the agreement or approved by ARI in writing.
-
To be eligible to use the Collective Mark, a licensee must:
Hold a current subscription to ARI Data as defined in the signed licensing agreement.
Abide by all terms relating to confidentiality, usage restrictions, and intellectual property in the agreement.
Use the mark only in connection with permitted use of ARI Data (e.g., internal analysis, communication of wage gaps, reporting on wage improvements).
Not use the mark in any way that suggests full payment of a living wage across a supply chain unless this is verified and explicitly permitted by ARI.
-
The Collective Mark must be displayed in accordance with ARI’s branding guidelines.
It may be used in digital and print formats, internal reports, and limited communications (e.g., sustainability reports or websites), with prior written approval.
It must not be altered, redrawn, distorted, or used out of context.
Use of the ARI Logo separately from the Collective Mark requires separate written permission.
-
ARI will supervise the use of the Collective Mark through periodic audits and review of communications and materials.
ARI reserves the right to revoke the right to use the mark at any time if:
The licensee breaches the licensing agreement.
The mark is used in misleading or unauthorised ways.
The licensee ceases to meet the conditions of use.
-
If a member or user misuses the Collective Mark, ARI may:
Issue a written warning with required corrective actions.
Revoke the right to use the mark.
Terminate the Data Licensing Agreement.
Take legal action in cases of infringement or reputational harm.
-
These rules may be amended by ARI as needed. All authorised users will be notified in writing of any changes and given a grace period to comply.
