Yapo NGuessan

Yapo NGuessan has a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University, USA. An Associate Professor at the National University of Lorougnon Guede in Cote d'Ivoire, he is also a Research Associate with the Ivoirian Center for Socio Economic Research. He has capitalized more than 20 years of successful experiences in agriculture and rural development policy design and monitoring of development projects. His research extends to poverty assessment, poverty alleviation project evaluation using quantitative and qualitative methods. With the Anker Research Institute and the Global Living Wage Coalition, he is involved in studies for the measurement of living wage for workers and living income for smallholders in Africa.
