Monica Heaney

Sr. Program Coordinator

As Sr. Program Coordinator, Monica Heaney is primarily responsible for program contracts throughout the lifecycle management process i.e. from their development and closing through administration to completion. Monica also is responsible for Institute operations such as inter-organizational financial reporting and budget management, funder relations, stakeholder engagement and the facilitation of Institute needs. She has previous experience in economic and financial areas within the private sector, specifically in middle market debt and equity corporate finance, business development, human resources and payroll, and accounting. Monica earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with concentrations in both accounting and marketing from the Boston College Carroll School of Management
