Reference Value Report: Living Wage Report and 2025 Update for Rural and Urban Gabon

This report updates the Anker Living Wage Reference Values for rural and urban Gabon to 2025. Between 2021 and 2025, inflation was 11.0%. The updated Gross Living Wage figures include income tax and mandatory social security contributions. Without adjusting for inflation, the original Living Wage would not suffice for a basic yet decent standard of living today due to reduced purchasing power. This update reflects the most recent tax laws and social security requirements.
