Do Quynh Chi has an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge (2004) and a PhD in Work and Organizational Studies from the University of Sydney (2011). She is currently the Co-founder of the Research Center for Employment Relations (ERC) and Director of Living Wage Lab, an initiative by ERC to develop solutions to close the living wage gaps. She has been working with the Anker Methodology since 2015 and has conducted the Anker living wage assessments for all regions of Vietnam.
